Join Mindray as a Sales Representative!
Are you passionate about advancing medical technologies? At Mindray, we are committed to making healthcare more accessible and we are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance relationships with end-users in the assigned territory.
Identify key customers and meet with doctors and decision-makers to create demand and facilitate projects with distributors.
Support key projects and tenders in coordination with the Mindray team and distributors.
Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through developing operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
Collect and analyze market information, including competitors' activities and customer requirements, to maximize business opportunities.
Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Work closely with key clients, decision-makers, and hospitals in the region.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a medical-related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of PMLS products or in the related medical device industry.
Experience working with end-users and key clients.
Self-motivated with a strong team spirit.
