Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in air conditioning units.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and recommended solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing.
- Urdu Language is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:
Work may involve indoor and outdoor tasks in various conditions. Occasional overtime or on-call duties may be required.
