At ACL, we are committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services across Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in our laboratory operations and patient care. We value accuracy, timely results, and patient confidentiality, and we are looking for a dynamic professional to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy & Clinical Duties: Perform blood draws and sample collection, ensuring proper labeling and preparation for laboratory testing while adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Patient Management: Greet patients warmly, manage registration, and ensure accurate data entry into the Health Information System.
Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of patient data and specimens while upholding patient confidentiality.
Collaboration: Work effectively with the laboratory team and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences is required.
Licensure: Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification.
Nationality: Saudi National preferred.
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in hospital or clinic settings is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in blood collection techniques, medical terminology, and basic clinical procedures.
Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a strong plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic medical environment.
