Required Skills:

• Proficiency in preparing and recording daily accounting entries.

• Previous practical experience in a real estate or contracting company.
\n
• Good knowledge of tax systems:

• Value Added Tax (VAT).
\n
• Property Refund Tax.
\n
• Real Estate Transaction Tax.
\n
• Zakat.
\n
\n
• 
  
\n
• Ability to calculate and analyze costs.
\n
• Proficiency in using accounting programs such as: entries and DRP Systems.
\n
• Skill in preparing financial and accounting reports.
\n
• Good skills in dealing with suppliers and clients.
\n
