Glow Event Management is a premier event solutions company dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional planning and execution. We are looking for a Saudi national to join our team in Riyadh as a Barista.

Role Overview:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. You will interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and provide exceptional customer service to elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee beverages with attention to quality assurance.
Engage with guests, offering a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous customer service experience.
Understanding of food preparation and safety standards.
Previous experience as a barista is advantageous.

البارستا هو عضو الفريق الأساسي المسؤول عن تحضير المشروبات والجرد اليومي وخدمة العملاء. يُعدّ الاحتياط الأول لكبير البارستا وأمين الصندوق، مما يجعله أكثر الأدوار مرونةً في الفرع. في فترات الصباح بدون عامل نظافة، يشارك في تنظيف منطقة العملاء مع كبير البارستا.

المهام الأساسية

تحضير المشروبات: إعداد جميع القهوة والشاي والمشروبات وفق المعايير.
الجرد اليومي: جرد الحلويات والمعجنات والحليب في نهاية الدوام ورفع الأرقام بدقة.
خدمة العملاء: استقبال الطلبات وتقديم الخدمة والحفاظ على عرض الواجهة.
متابعة المستلزمات: مراقبة مستويات الشراب والمواد والإبلاغ عند انخفاض المخزون.
نائب أمين الصندوق: التعامل مع نقاط البيع والمدفوعات وتسوية الصندوق عند الحاجة.
نائب كبير البارستا: تولّي مهامه عند غيابه.
النظافة (صباح، بدون عامل): مسح الطاولات والأرضيات وتنظيف المدخل والنوافذ وتفريغ المهملات ودورات المياه.
النظافة (مساء، بدون عامل): تولّي قائمة التنظيف اليومي بالكامل.

تحضير المشروبات والجودة

قهوة اليوم: تحضيرها وفق معايرة كبير البارستا، مع معرفة المنشأ وملاحظات التذوق، والإبلاغ فوراً عن أي خلل أو نقص في الحبوب.

الإسبريسو والحليب: إسبريسو، دبل، ريسترتو، لونغو، أمريكانو. لاتيه، كابتشينو، فلات وايت، كورتادو، ماكياتو، موكا — تسخين الحليب (60–65°C)، رغوة مناسبة، نسب ثابتة. فن اللاتيه على كل مشروب بالحليب (القلب كحد أدنى).

الشاي والمشروبات الأخرى: شاي أخضر (75–80°C / 2–3 د)، شاي أسود (95–98°C / 3–5 د)، أعشاب، تشاي، ماتشا. شوكولاتة ساخنة، سيمر، عصائر، سموذي.

الجودة: مراجعة كل مشروب قبل التقديم. الإبلاغ فوراً عن أي خلل في المعدات. تقليل الهدر والالتزام بالوصفات.

BARISTA — Job Description

Role Overview

The Barista is responsible for beverage preparation, daily inventory counting, and customer service. They are the first backup for both the Senior Barista and the Cashier — the most versatile role in the branch. On morning shifts without a Cleaner, they share customer-area cleaning with the Senior Barista.

Core Responsibilities

Beverage preparation: All coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to standard.
Daily counting: End-of-day count of sweets, pastries, and milk stock. Report accurately.
Customer service: Take orders, serve customers, maintain display.
Supply monitoring: Track syrup and supply levels, flag low stock.
Backup cashier: Handle POS, payments, and register reconciliation when needed.
Backup senior: Cover Senior Barista duties when they are off.
Cleaning (morning, no Cleaner): Wipe tables and chairs, sweep and mop, clean entrance and windows, empty bins, check restrooms.
Cleaning (evening, no Cleaner): Take over the full Daily Cleaning Checklist.

Beverage Preparation & Quality

Coffee of the Day: Prepare per the Senior Barista's calibration. Know the origin and tasting notes. Alert immediately if taste is off or beans are low.

Espresso & Milk: Espresso, double, ristretto, lungo, Americano. Latte, cappuccino, flat white, cortado, macchiato, mocha — milk at 60–65°C, correct foam, consistent ratios. Latte art on every milk drink (heart minimum).

Tea & Other: Green tea (75–80°C / 2–3 min), black tea (95–98°C / 3–5 min), herbal, chai, matcha. Hot chocolate, steamers, fresh juices, smoothies.

Quality: Self-check every drink before serving. Report equipment issues immediately. Follow recipes precisely to minimize waste.
