نظرة عامة
تدعم إدارة التحول الرقمي في قطاع المصب مناطق الإدارة المختلفة بالقدرات الرقمية. ستكون مسؤوليتك الأساسية هي تفصيل جميع متطلبات الأعمال لحلول الرقمية في قطاع المصب، والمشاركة بنشاط في مراحل تصميم الحلول بما في ذلك التفكير الإبداعي، وسباقات التصميم، ومقابلات المستخدمين. ستقوم بتلخيص المعلومات ومتطلبات المستخدم النهائي لتحديد الميزات والوظائف البرمجية، والمساعدة في تصميم رحلات العملاء بالإضافة إلى توجيه المشاريع الرقمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
  • تحديد وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال لحلول الرقمية في قطاع المصب.
  • المشاركة في التفكير الإبداعي للحلول، وسباقات التصميم، ومقابلات المستخدمين.
  • تقييم أفضل الممارسات الصناعية والحلول السوقية الموجودة.
  • مساعدة مالك المنتج في تفصيل الميزات وقصص المستخدم.
  • ترجمة متطلبات المستخدم النهائي إلى ميزات وتوثيقها في تنسيقات معيارية صناعية.
  • تحديد معايير قبول واضحة للتصميم والتطوير.

المتطلبات الدنيا
يجب أن يحمل المرشح المثالي درجة بكاليوس في علوم الحاسوب أو مجال الهندسة من برنامج معترف به وأن يمتلك حد أدنى من 15 عامًا من الخبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز، بما في ذلك 10 سنوات على الأقل في تطوير الحلول الرقمية.

About The Role

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in process reengineering.
  • Proven experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks (certifications like CBAP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus).
  • A passion for driving business improvement and delivering value.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration abilities.
