At TestCrew, we are at the forefront of Quality Engineering and Digital Assurance in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our team and contribute to impactful projects in the Capital Markets domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Capital Market initiatives.
- Analyze and map processes across the trade life cycle, including settlements, clearing, and risk management.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements.
- Prepare essential documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD).
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are thoroughly tested.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Provide expertise regarding Capital Market products and conduct workshops.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing best practices in business analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in Capital Markets.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and settlement systems.
- Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Capital Market solutions such as Murex or Nasdaq.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
