About the Role:
Join atmaal as a Business Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business performance through data analysis. Atmaal is a leading provider of business process outsourcing, and we are committed to operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights and reports.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Prepare periodic reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Use Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Document business requirements, processes, and gap analyses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Advanced level) and Power BI (Professional level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in building executive dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience in corporate, financial, or service-based environments is an advantage.

Job Summary
نبحث عن محلل أعمال تقني / رقمي (Technical Business Analyst) يتمتع بالكفاءة والدقة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين العملاء وفرق التطوير البرمجي، حيث يتولى تحليل احتياجات الأعمال وترجمتها إلى متطلبات تقنية واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ.

Key Responsibilities
  • العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين العملاء، وأصحاب المصلحة، وفرق تطوير البرمجيات.
  • جمع وتحليل وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال والمتrequirements التقنية.
  • تحويل متطلبات الأعمال إلى مواصفات وظيفية وتقنية واضحة، تشمل:
    • وثائق متطلبات الأعمال (BRD)
    • وثائق المتطلبات الوظيفية (FRD)
    • قصص المستخدم (User Stories)
    • مخططات سير العمليات (Process Flows)
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التطوير، والتصميم، وضمان الجودة، وتقنية المعلومات.
  • دعم دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) من مرحلة التحليل وحتى الإطلاق.
  • إجراء تحليلات الفجوات ودراسات الجدوى للمبادرات الرقمية.
  • تنظيم وإدارة ورش العمل والاجتماعات مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية.
  • المشاركة في اختبارات قبول المستخدم (UAT).
  • متابعة الحلول المنفذة واقتراح تحسينات مستمرة.
  • دعم أنشطة إدارة المشاريع.

Technical & Professional Requirements
  • فهم قوي لتطوير التطبيقات.
  • خبرة في العمل مع فرق تطوير البرمجيات.
  • الإلمام بمنهجيات التطوير Agile وWaterfall.
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات تحليل البيانات مثل SQL وPower BI.

Qualifications & Experience
  • درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال تحليل الأعمال.
  • مهارات عالية في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
