Role
We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role plays a vital role in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to the personalized expectations of consumers in this new technological era.

Responsibilities

• Support high impact initiatives and propose technology improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and partners to drive integration projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulations during the integration lifecycle and post-implementation.
• Configure and schedule integrations as necessary.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings, recording the status and progress of projects in tools such as Jira and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is required.
• Excellent communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to articulate technical specifications clearly and concisely.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
