About Saudi Skills and the Role

Saudi Skills (شركة مهارات السعودية) is a prominent education and training company that operates several institutes, including the Saudi Skills High Training Institute, with branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar. We are seeking a dedicated Graphic Design Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on developing the skills of our learners in graphic design principles and software applications.

The Graphic Design Trainer Position

The Graphic Design Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction in graphic design, adhering to approved curricula and established training standards. This role involves guiding learners through both theoretical principles and practical application of design techniques and software. The trainer plays a key part in supporting workforce development and career growth by equipping students with essential, industry-relevant graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab-based instruction in graphic design tools, principles, and workflows, following approved curricula and training standards.
• Plan lessons and prepare learning materials and projects suitable for various course levels.
• Demonstrate design techniques and software applications effectively to learners.
• Guide learners through practical exercises and assignments, providing clear direction and support.
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development.
• Support learners' progress toward certification or successful course completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve training content and align courses with current industry needs.
• Participate in professional development activities and internal meetings as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in graphic design or a related training role.
• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design tools, principles, and industry workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver effective instruction and guide learners through practical application.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a collaborative educational setting, contributing to the development of future professionals in graphic design.
