Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies for customer service, logistics, and asset management.
• Manage activities to ensure talent is sourced, developed, and engaged effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements for sustained operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships across various functions and divisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support operational integrations from mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Review and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for logistics services.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in logistics/warehouse management.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience in a multinational company.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our equipment rental business, focusing on Access Work Platforms (AWP). This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of AWP machinery, along with expertise in managing rental fleets and dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their equipment needs and ensure timely, accurate delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure equipment availability and provide updates on inventory and market trends.
• Manage the Spider Lifts dealership, facilitating technical training for sales and service teams.
• Handle warranty claims and customer service inquiries, maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control associated with fleet management and dealership operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in operations management within the equipment rental sector, specialized knowledge of AWP machinery.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a hands-on management approach.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic preferred, with strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and industry regulations.
• Strategic thinker capable of navigating both technical and business sides of operations.

Located in Riyadh or Dubai, you will play a crucial role in the Operations Leadership team. Your primary responsibility will encompass overseeing all operational activities across KSA and UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective operations strategies tailored for the assigned markets.
• Manage operational activities to ensure the best talent is sourced and developed.
• Identify process improvements and sustain breakthrough solutions.
• Direct work projects based on customer and market needs analysis.
• Collaborate and maintain relationships with various functions including Commercial, RAQA, and Finance.
• Lead integration projects for relevant mergers or acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and KPI achievement.

What You Need:

• A degree in Business or Logistics or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including logistics or warehouse management and customer-facing roles.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools is desirable.
