The Recruitment Manager will lead and oversee the recruitment function for ICT and construction roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of high-volume hiring demands with a commitment to quality and compliance. This role will manage a dedicated team of recruiters, driving performance and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for ICT and Construction roles across multiple countries and projects.
- Handle high-volume technical hiring requirements with a focus on aggressive timelines.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to optimize productivity.
- Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Implement structured recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with manpower needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of recruitment experience in ICT and technology sectors.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ICT roles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
