Your Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting roles across the Middle East.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, especially for tech roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across KSA and UAE to ensure hiring needs are met.
Your Requirements:- +10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Proven track record in tech recruitment and strategic hiring.
- Experience working with business consultancy or agency background.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Arabic speaker mandatory.
