In the role of Head of Public Relations, you will:

Develop and execute public relations strategies that showcase the company's projects in the real estate sector.
Establish and maintain relationships with governmental agencies and ministries to facilitate business processes and approvals.
Serve as the primary contact for all communications with government officials and agencies.
Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, utilizing insights to shape PR strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in PR activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations or communications, ideally within the real estate industry.
Strong network of contacts within government agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Solid organizational and project management skills.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that aligns with our company goals and enhances our brand and reputation. Your leadership will guide the public relations team in creating high-impact communication plans for major events, product launches, and key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
