Qawim for Professional Consulting is seeking a Finance Manager with significant expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management. With your skills, you can help us maintain and enhance our operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Manage grants, restricted funds, and donor reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat (if applicable), and all regulatory guidelines.
- Implement internal controls and financial best practices.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management.
- Supervise and develop the finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in non-profit financial management is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
