Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting and financial tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare budgets and lead the annual budgeting process.
- Establish regular forecasting for data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including quarterly statements.
- Manage financial risks and optimize capital structure.
- Secure financing for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide insights to executives.
- Build strong relationships with banks and regulators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
