As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, managing client relationships, and guiding a dedicated project sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies and business plans.
- Lead and support the project sales team to meet targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Monitor market trends and report on performance and forecasts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project sales in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of the building materials industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
