Join Our Team at Alfanar!
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Accountant within our real estate department. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly within the real estate sector.

Key Accountability Areas:

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and handle vendor payments in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior accountants to assist in budget preparation and forecasting for real estate projects. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to management.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Real Estate Tax & VAT Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities, including gathering financial data and supporting documentation for tax filings.

Role Accountability:

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
25 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (*, Power BI, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
Working knowledge of SAP system.

مجالات المسؤولية الرئيسية:

مراقبة السجلات المالية: الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة وضمان الالتزام بمبادئ المحاسبة.
المحاسبة اليومية: التعامل مع مهام المحاسبة اليومية، ومراقبة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، ومعالجة الفواتير.
التقارير المالية: إعداد البيانات المالية وتوليد التقارير للإدارة.
إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات: المساهمة في تطوير ورصد الميزانيات.
دعم التدقيق: التعاون مع المدققين وضمان الالتزام.
الامتثال الضريبي: إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية.
التحليل المالي: تحليل البيانات المالية للاتجاهات وتقديم الرؤى.
تحسين الإجراءات: تحديد وتنفيذ الفرص لتحسين الإجراءات.
التواصل: التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى وتوصيل المعلومات المالية بشكل فعال.
