Position: Arabic Teacher (Primary)

About the Role:
As an Arabic Teacher at Proven, you will be responsible for fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment for primary students. Your commitment to education and passion for teaching will be essential in guiding our students through their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute professional duties as outlined by the Principal
  • Ensure all duty of care and legal responsibilities are met
  • Establish a responsive classroom environment with active student participation
  • Observe and assess children to plan and implement a child-centered curriculum
  • Support social development and build positive relationships with families
  • Maintain open communication with parents through reports and consultations
  • Prepare materials and resources for effective classroom management
  • Participate in and assist with school functions and events
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and staff meetings

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Teaching (Arabic Language) or Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
  • Strong literary and writing skills in Arabic
  • Passion for education and dedication to student development

  • إدارة الدورة التدريبية من الفكرة إلى الإطلاق

  • إعداد الجداول الزمنية والخطط التعليمية مع الفرق المختصة

  • اختيار المدربين والتنسيق معهم

  • متابعة تنفيذ المحتوى وضمان جودته

  • التنسيق مع فرق العمل والتسويق والدعم الفني والتقني

  • قياس الأداء وتحليل نتائج البرامج (معدلات التسجيل، إكمال الدورات، رضا المتعلمين)

  • المساهمة في تطوير المبادرات الجديدة ومتابعة فرص التعاون والشراكات التعليمية

📌 المتطلبات الأساسية:

  • معرفة جيدة بمنصات التعلم الإلكتروني (LMS)

  • قدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة عن بعد

  • مهارة في تنسيق الجداول والمخرجات التعليمية

  • فهم عام لمتطلبات التعليم الصحي أو الاستعداد للاختبارات المهنية (ميزة إضافية)
