Key Responsibilities:

Assist in teaching classes using the provided lesson plans and the SABIS® point system.
Support and provide guidance to academically low-performing students.
Mark exams and discuss student performance with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
Participate in administrative duties including organizing student life events.
Proctor exams and maintain a conducive learning environment.
Engage in training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS® system.

Ideal Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent.
Proficiency in English.
A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
Excellent communication skills and professional behavior.

About the Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Education, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in Arabic language training, focusing on non-native speakers.
Expertise in Saudi dialect and cultural business etiquette.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

v الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:

1- استقبال المراجعين والزوار والإجابة على استفساراتهم وإرشادهم إلى الأماكن التي يبحثون عنها في العيادات .

2- تزويد الزوار والمرضى بالنشرات الخاصة بتعريف العيادات وعروض الخدمات والباقات الطبية والعروض التسويقية.

3- فتح ملف طبي .

4- تسجيل المرضى على نظام العيادات المخصص والحرص والتأكد من صحة المعلومات قبل حفظها.

5- إنشاء وطباعة الفواتير الخاصة بالمرضى وقبض قيمتها نقداً أو عن طريق بطاقات الصراف (SPAN) وإدخال إيصالات الاستلام. وذلك من خلال تطبيق نظام العيادات المخصص.

6- التأكد من ملء المرضى والمراجعين لاستمارات الإفصاح الطبي واستمارات التعهدات والتوقيع عليها من قبل المرضى وأرشفة وإرفاق هذه الاستمارات في ملف المريض بنظام العيادات المخصص.

7- طباعة نشرة يومية للأطباء بمواعيد اليوم التالي والافادة بأي تغيير يطرأ عليها.

8- القيام بأي عمل يوكل اليها من قبل الادارة .

9- المحافظة على أسرار العمل .
