About the Job:
The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing sales in the automotive sector by offering vehicles and related services, while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role collaborates directly with the sales and marketing team to ensure that sales targets are achieved, providing an exceptional customer experience.

The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing sales in the automotive sector by offering vehicles and related services, while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role collaborates directly with the sales and marketing team to ensure that sales targets are achieved, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new customers in the automotive market.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
- Coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and professionally resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Commit to achieving monthly sales targets according to the approved sales plan.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license.
