Join Our Team as a Purchasing Engineer!
We are seeking an experienced and competent Purchasing Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that all project needs are met with high quality and optimal costs, thus ensuring smooth workflow according to approved schedules.

Technical Skills:
We are seeking an experienced and competent Purchasing Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that all project needs are met with high quality and optimal costs, thus ensuring smooth workflow according to approved schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing Needs: Identifying project material and equipment needs in coordination with engineering teams.
- Procurement Cycle: Preparing and tracking Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) until completion of supply.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best contractual terms and prices.
- Technical and Financial Assessment: Preparing technical and financial comparisons and approving suppliers.
- Supply Monitoring: Overseeing supply schedules and ensuring compliance with specified delivery times while reviewing contracts.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborating with project management, storage, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Preparing periodic comprehensive reports on procurement and supply status for senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural/Mechanical).
- Experience: 5 to 7 years as a Purchasing Engineer in contracting companies.
- Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of local market prices and experience dealing with local manufacturers and external suppliers.
Technical Skills:
- Professional ability to read specifications and drawings.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD.
- Expert in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
