About the Role

MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking an Associate - Logistics & Import to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting the DC supply chain function through day-to-day supplier management and administrative tasks.

Role Overview

The Associate - Logistics & Import plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain. This involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate documentation to support timely product deliveries and efficient administrative processes within the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
• Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
• Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day supplier management and administrative tasks.

Work Environment
