About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to recruit a Brand Manager. This full-time role involves developing and executing brand plans, driving product performance, and identifying market growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and annual brand plans in alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Formulate marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional initiatives based on market insights.
• Lead marketing activities, including the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and educational programs.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and field activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to SFDA requirements, company policies, and applicable industry codes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Brand/Product Management, with a focus on Consumer Health.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand plans and marketing strategies.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other business functions.
