About the Role: Fashion Consultant

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Tory Burch Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves achieving sales targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The consultant will also support the implementation of customer and people initiatives within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving items for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure click and collect services are conducted within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance, identifying areas of success and improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Understanding of CRM and CX principles.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the Tory Burch Park location. The role involves working within a retail environment focused on fashion and luxury goods.
