About the Role

Imploy is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting daily HR activities and providing essential assistance to both employees and management, ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are handled efficiently and effectively.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth operation of Human Resources functions within the organization. The specialist will act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and supporting various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily employee requests and inquiries related to Human Resources matters.
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process leave requests, attendance records, and other employee-related transactions.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for staff.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and other related documentation as required.
Follow and implement established HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all employee information and records.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. The position requires a professional who can manage various HR tasks and contribute to an organized and efficient HR department.
