Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for managing daily HR operations and supporting various human resources functions within the company. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining a high-performance work environment and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate personnel records and administer benefits and leave programs.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies.
Assist in performance management processes and help resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently.
Coordinate recruitment activities and support training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
Collaborate with management to foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a human resources role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.

Work Environment and Location
