The Role of Photographer & Videographer

Upshifters is seeking a Photographer & Videographer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience. The person in this role will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive photo and video shoots for clients, encompassing all stages from pre-production to post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute photo and video shoots for various clients.
Conduct pre-production preparations, on-site shooting, and post-production editing.
Capture high-quality images and footage that align with client brand guidelines.
Set up and manage lighting and sound equipment effectively during shoots.
Organize and maintain all photography and videography equipment.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content produced.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creative concepts for visual content.
Select final shots and clips for client delivery and campaign use.
Prepare visual content specifically for social media, web platforms, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain organized archives of all visual assets.
Support the continuous improvement of the company’s visual standards and content quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of professional experience as a Photographer & Videographer.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and edit photo and video projects.
Proficiency in operating camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
Strong organizational skills for equipment management and visual asset archiving.
Ability to work collaboratively within a digital marketing team.
Commitment to maintaining high visual standards and brand consistency.
