About Reef Group

Reef Group is a dynamic and fast-growing organization seeking a dedicated Production And Quality Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for maintaining high standards across our production and quality operations.

The Role

The Production And Quality Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring all quality and production activities. This role ensures that production plans are executed precisely according to approved specifications and standards, with a strong focus on overseeing the quality of products, materials, and manufacturing outputs. The objective is to guarantee the timely availability of high-quality products, enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and meet the demands of our branches and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage quality and production activities, overseeing the implementation of operational plans in line with company requirements and supply chain needs.
Monitor daily and weekly production plans, ensuring execution according to approved quantities, schedules, and specifications.
Supervise the quality inspection of raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing departments to ensure the timely availability of required production materials.
Monitor the performance of production lines or manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards while minimizing downtime and delays.
Analyze quality and production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor waste, damaged products, and returns related to production and quality, providing recommendations for improvement.
Review and approve quality, inspection, and production reports before submission to management, ensuring data accuracy and quality of outputs.
Develop and improve quality and production procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors and operating costs.
Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout all stages of production, storage, and handling.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality issues, delays, or non-conformities in accordance with approved procedures.
Support new product launches by monitoring production readiness, approving samples, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Prepare periodic reports on production and quality, achievement rates, waste, issues, and improvement recommendations.
Monitor quality and production KPIs, analyze variances, and submit improvement plans to management.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in production and quality management.
Proven ability to manage and monitor quality and production activities effectively.
Strong understanding of quality standards, technical specifications, and operational efficiency principles.
