About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves applying standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to execute a sequence of related engineering tasks within projects. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set operational objectives and deliver results that directly contribute to achieving outcomes within the job area.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Regularly correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes, including making minor changes.
• Occasionally adapt or enhance the quality or value of existing methods as part of day-to-day activities.
• Address problems and issues that generally fall within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.
• Less frequently, address vaguely defined problems that require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Utilize broad theory and principles within a discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
• Occasionally apply advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theory and principles with organizational practices.

Required Experience and Skills

• 0-1 year of experience in project engineering or a related field.
• Ability to apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and issue resolution within defined parameters.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information and policies.
• Capacity to adapt and enhance existing methods.
• Understanding of broad theory and principles within an engineering discipline.

Work Environment and Scope

This is an individual contributor role without direct responsibility for leading others. The application of knowledge is primarily domestic, limited to locations within the country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts. The role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position.
