About the Purchasing Manager Role

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a Purchasing Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves assisting the Materials Manager in the planning and procurement of materials and the administration of contracted services, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Purchasing Manager will play a crucial role in the hotel's operational efficiency by managing procurement processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Materials Manager in the strategic planning of material acquisition.
• Overseeing the procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
• Developing and managing relationships with vendors.
• Administering contracted services in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates will possess the necessary qualifications and experience to effectively manage purchasing operations. The requirements are:

• A university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Purchasing Manager or Assistant Purchasing Manager, preferably in a larger operation.
