About the Role

Role Purpose and Client Experience

As the Receptionist and Front Desk Coordinator, you will represent the salon as its initial point of contact. Your primary objective will be to create a positive first impression for pet owners and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience from arrival to departure. This position is critical in maintaining effective communication between clients and our grooming team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage and maintain appointment schedules accurately.
• Process payments for services and retail products.
• Recommend retail items and service packages to clients.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and the grooming team.

Qualifications and Experience
