About the Role

Maison Care HS is seeking a professional and polite Receptionist to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, within a sophisticated work environment specialized in the women's care and beauty sector.

Role Purpose

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized experience. This position is essential for managing client interactions, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving clients and managing their check-in process efficiently.
Organizing and scheduling client appointments accurately.
Following up on bookings and providing comprehensive customer service.
Coordinating effectively with the internal work team within the branch.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of one year of experience in reception and customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional appearance and polite demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to organize tasks and work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in using computers and communication programs.

Work Details and Location

This full-time role is primarily located in Northern Al Khobar. Initial training for the position will be conducted in our branches located in the Riyadh region. The standard work schedule is an evening shift, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
