The Role of Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT

El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking a Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) products and services. The specialist will identify customer needs, position relevant solutions, manage the sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ERP and ICT solutions.
• Sell ERP systems, including Finance, HR, SCM, and CRM, as well as ICT services such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand client business processes and technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with presales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ERP and ICT technologies.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement in sales activities within the region.
