Senior Knowledge Analyst Healthcare

About the Role

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Senior Knowledge Analyst Healthcare to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing expertise and tools in health system governance, financing, and provision, working closely with healthcare clients across various sectors within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client consulting teams, focusing on health system governance, financing, and provision.
• Work directly with healthcare clients in Saudi Arabia, including public bodies, health insurance companies, and providers.
• Utilize project management skills and communication to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Apply insights, analyses, and data from the healthcare sector to address client challenges such as cost optimization, quality improvement, and the impact of GenAI.
• Collaborate with experts, data scientists, and consulting teams to prepare and execute client work.
• Support the development and maintenance of proprietary knowledge capabilities within local and global practices.
• Contribute to the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Practice, with a focus on health systems, as part of McKinsey's global Client Capability Network.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Health Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant field, such as healthcare bodies, healthcare delivery, payers and insurers, bilateral organizations, academia, or consulting, preferably in the Middle East.
• Solid understanding and application of health system financing, public governance, quality and access, public health, digital health, and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in analytical and quantitative areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Additional experience in data analytics and visualization tools (*, PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, Python) is a plus.
