Senior Presales Manager AI & Software solutions

About the Role

HRsource is seeking a Senior Presales Manager - AI & Software Solutions to lead technical sales strategy for enterprise AI and software solutions. This full-time, customer-facing leadership position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop solution strategies for complex digital transformation opportunities.

Role Context

The Senior Presales Manager will influence executive stakeholders and deliver winning solution strategies. The role requires extensive experience in leading presales engagements for enterprise software, AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions, with comfort in engaging C-suite executives, government entities, and large enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical sales strategy for strategic enterprise and government opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities and develop account-specific solution strategies.
• Engage C-level executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to understand business priorities and define solution roadmaps.
• Own the solution design for complex, multi-product enterprise engagements.
• Lead executive presentations, discovery workshops, technical demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Oversee the preparation of technical proposals, solution architectures, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful solution positioning.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle, managing technical risks and addressing customer concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and key partners.
• Mentor and coach presales consultants while establishing best practices, reusable assets, and presales methodologies.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive offerings to strengthen market positioning.
• Support strategic initiatives, go-to-market planning, and solution development for priority industries.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in presales leadership roles. A background in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• AI and Machine Learning platforms
• Enterprise Software and SaaS vendors
• Cloud providers
• Data and Analytics platforms
• Digital Transformation consultancies
• Systems Integrators
• Intelligent Automation and Business Process platforms

Measures of Success

Success in this role will be demonstrated by driving higher win rates for strategic enterprise opportunities, becoming a trusted technical advisor to executive customers, and leading complex solution strategies that enable successful digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves strengthening collaboration between Sales, Product, and Delivery teams and elevating the organization's technical sales capability through leadership, mentorship, and innovation.
