About the Social Media Content Creator Role

Adecco is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join the EMEA social team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on supporting organic social content creation and managing social media handles across Saudi Arabia, as a critical component of the market's new social strategy. The role involves close collaboration with local Communications, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to invigorate and grow the local social media presence and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original organic social content, including videos, graphics, captions, and copy for posts on local market Twitter, Instagram, and other engaged channels. Coordinate with social team members on platform strategies.
• Manage local social media accounts, including publishing content at a cadence that aligns with market and global strategies.
• Work closely with Communications, Co-Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Influencer/Talent teams for ideation, creation, and coordinated content, product, and initiative rollouts.
• Consult with various Campaign Teams to develop social-forward content supporting Integrated Marketing Campaigns and facilitating their activation on organic handles.
• Engage in community management on behalf of the brand on owned channels and during cultural moments.
• Build and grow social accounts to enhance engagement and performance.
• Ideate and launch social-first repeatable franchises that align with priorities and content pillars, managing them from conception to launch and beyond.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, testing, and learning across platforms.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize relevant data to inform content choices for audience engagement and growth. Collaborate on regular social reporting and analytics for the market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Fluency in both English and Arabic, speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in social media copywriting.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation and execution.
• Agency-side social media experience, or experience managing social media content within major consumer or tech brands, with strong social-first instincts and hands-on content creation skills.
• Solid understanding of platform-native content across TikTok and Instagram.
• Professional-level experience with Canva and Capcut.
• Deep understanding or professional experience with social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Experience with social video publication tools and in-app editing functionalities on Instagram, and tools such as Sprinklr and BrandWatch.
• User-first orientation, demonstrating strong intuition and taste for content that resonates.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with other creators, influencers, and cross-functional leaders.

The Social Media Content Creator will operate as a key member of the EMEA social team, based in Riyadh. This role requires extensive collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including local Communications, Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Influencer/Talent teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media strategies and content execution across the Saudi market.
