Supervisor Stewards

About the Role

Four Points is seeking a Supervisor-Stewards to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing and assisting stewards to ensure efficient cleanup operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and banquet areas. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and assist stewards to optimize cleanup efficiency.
• Ensure and document appropriate water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Provide cooks with necessary items and support banquet and buffet operations by transporting and ensuring adequate stock.
• Return cleaned items to their proper locations.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Communicate professionally with others and develop positive working relationships to support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active participation in kitchen and banquet operations. The role involves performing duties as requested by supervisors to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.
