The Role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead talent acquisition activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves serving as a strategic partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition MEA. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Saudi Arabia, aligning hiring strategies with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate talent needs, provide workforce insights, and develop proactive hiring strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple functions and levels, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality talent.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on market trends, talent availability, competitive positioning, and recruitment best practices.
• Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines and support current and future business needs.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Cigna Healthcare's employer brand and values.
• Utilize recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning discussions through talent market mapping, succession-focused hiring strategies, and capability assessments.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns to strengthen Cigna Healthcare's presence in the Saudi talent market.
• Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition MEA and regional stakeholders to support strategic Talent Acquisition priorities and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to local, regional, and global Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology enhancements, and innovation.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, operational efficiency, and talent outcomes.
• Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and operational teams to ensure a seamless talent approach.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.
