The Account Manager Role

Expeditors is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities for long-term business growth. The Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, building strong partnerships across all levels of customer organizations and collaborating with internal teams to provide value-driven logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Develop a thorough understanding of customer business objectives, supply chain needs, and growth strategies.
Expand relationships beyond primary contacts to establish connections across multiple levels of customer organizations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
Identify, develop, and secure opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
Lead business reviews and present solutions that enhance customer value and operational performance.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate customer information, account plans, and opportunities within CRM systems.
Monitor account performance and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
Stay informed on Expeditors' products, services, and technology solutions to effectively support customer needs.
Serve as the customer's advocate while balancing company objectives and profitability.
