About the Accountant Role

شركة مسك للخدمات التجارية is seeking a qualified Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in accounting functions. The role involves managing various financial tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and organizing disbursement documents.
• Following up on revenue collection and associated documentation.
• Analyzing revenue and expense data.
• Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions.
• Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations.
• Preparing and archiving reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
• Auditing financial claims to ensure legal and financial completeness.
• Following up on the auditing and approval of disbursements by accredited regulatory bodies.
• Monitoring current and capital expenditures against monthly financial positions of budget items.
• Preparing the monthly financial position and summaries.
• Preparing annual closing accounts.
• Developing accounting methods and procedures.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports in expense and revenue accounting and archiving them in the relevant database.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures is essential. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in preparing and analyzing financial data.
