About the Role

شركة الخدمات الفنية للطاقة is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating supply, storage, and distribution operations to ensure timely material availability. This includes managing purchase orders and shipments, as well as monitoring inventory levels.

Core Duties

  • Planning and organizing supply, storage, and distribution processes to ensure timely material availability.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and following up on purchase orders and shipments.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and continuously updating records.
  • Following up on transportation and delivery operations, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Preparing periodic reports on supply chain and inventory performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

  • A diploma qualification.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
