About the Administrative Assistant Role

A confidential government entity in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for efficient office operations. This full-time position requires an individual adept at managing daily administrative tasks to support management and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and facilitating internal communication.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and office records.
  • Coordinating office supplies, managing logistics, and processing vendor requests.
  • Providing administrative support to HR, finance, and operations teams.
  • Assisting with the arrangement of travel, events, and internal activities.
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management tools.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask.
