The Role: Architect Inspector - Saudi National

WSP is seeking an experienced Architect Inspector to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. This is a full-time position open to Saudi Nationals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works on site are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor architectural works, including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors, and façade elements.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site.
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Support adherence to quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural inspection or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Project Environment

This role is based on a significant data centre project located east of Riyadh, requiring a professional who can manage responsibilities within a dynamic construction setting.
