About the Role

House of Consulting Office (HCO) is seeking a highly qualified Architectural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. HCO is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services to support clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise architectural and interior fit-out works across all project phases, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications and design intent.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Review architectural drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
  • Address architectural and interior design-related technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure adherence to project requirements, building codes, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site observation reports.
  • Support project management teams in achieving project schedules and quality objectives.
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide technical recommendations as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction supervision.
  • Strong experience in hospitality projects, specifically hotels and luxury developments.
  • Proven expertise in interior design coordination and high-end finishes.
  • Experience with premium hospitality brands, luxury hotels, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves site supervision and coordination within a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm.
