About the Role

Alfanar is seeking an experienced ENGINEER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in architectural design. The role focuses on creating detailed architectural designs and schematics, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role involve the creation of detailed architectural designs, schematics, and layouts that align with project specifications and industry standards. This includes conducting spatial analysis, design simulations, and performance evaluations to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations. The role also requires the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Collaboration and Project Integration

Effective collaboration is essential for this position. The Engineer Architectural Design will work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of architectural systems with other building systems and project requirements. Communication with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and present design concepts and solutions is also a key aspect of this role.
