About the Architecture Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Compliance Manager to ensure technical and regulatory compliance across engineering operations in Riyadh. This role is critical for achieving and maintaining compliance standards as our engineering infrastructure expands.

Role Overview

The Architecture Compliance Manager will lead end-to-end compliance management for operations, overseeing due diligence, permit acquisition, and renewal processes. This position requires navigating complex regulatory landscapes and managing compliance uncertainties throughout all project phases. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for collaborating with external partners to develop and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks, ensuring facilities meet all building codes and operational regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering compliance throughout all project stages, from initiation to operation.
• Develop and implement engineering compliance frameworks aligned with regional regulatory requirements.
• Review technical drawings and engineering solutions to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering compliance processes and controls.
• Provide expert guidance on technical compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities concerning technical compliance.
• Manage technical compliance audits and assessments in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of technical and regulatory compliance within engineering operations is required.
