About Mnzil and the Assistant Project Manager Role

Mnzil is a rapidly growing prop-tech company focused on transforming workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the assessment and preparation of buildings from initial inspection through to handover for leasing.

Role Purpose and Context

The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring buildings meet Mnzil's standards before they are leased. This position is central to assessing building conditions, planning necessary preparations, and managing the execution of works to ensure properties are ready for their next occupants. You will directly contribute to shaping the quality and readiness of Mnzil's workforce housing units across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial visits to buildings referred by the Sales and Leasing team, performing an assessment of their general condition and capacity, and sharing information to support leasing decisions.
Prepare comprehensive technical assessment reports detailing building data (rooms, bathrooms, floors, measurements) and the condition of structural, electrical, and mechanical elements, documented with photographs, to inform project planning.
Develop Project Plan reports outlining the scope of work for civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and safety disciplines, including expected task durations and execution approaches.
Compile a list of all requirements needed after project takeover (furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, cooking and laundry equipment), and submit purchase requests through the company's approved platform.
Track shipment status through to delivery, inventory items upon receipt, and verify their condition and conformity with the order.
Supervise fit-out and maintenance works by inspecting before, during, and after execution, while monitoring workflow to ensure completion.
Review and verify invoices against actual site conditions, ensuring accuracy of data (quantity, date, VAT number), and upload them to the company's approved ERP platform.
Perform a comprehensive final inspection to ensure buildings conform to Mnzil's standard criteria, covering aspects such as color schemes, power outlet distribution, unit numbering, safety systems, surveillance cameras, cleanliness, and functionality of installations.
