About the Role

Uniqus Consultech Inc. is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on supporting client engagements within the financial services sector, specifically in banking, insurance, and investment. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to develop expertise in accounting, reporting, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements related to IFRS advisory and conversions.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Provide support for IPO readiness and listing processes.
• Develop accounting policies and conduct gap analysis.
• Address complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, and financial instruments.
• Conduct technical research and prepare accounting memos or working papers.
• Assist in preparing client deliverables, reports, presentations, and financial models.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to execute project plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop a strong understanding of client business operations and industry context.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting standards, primarily IFRS.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SOCPA certification (or in progress) is required.
• Other professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are considered a plus.
• 0–1 years of experience in accounting, audit, or advisory, preferably within a professional services firm or the banking industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
