IC İçtaş İnşaat / IC İctas Construction, a global brand with over 50 years of experience in delivering diverse projects, is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves contributing to a significant mega-infrastructure development. The company has a proven track record in completing large-scale projects including airports, ports, roads, and power plants both in Turkey and internationally.

Project Context in Riyadh

The successful candidate will join the team for a prestigious mega-infrastructure project in Riyadh. This strategic initiative focuses on the construction of complex interchanges, bridges, and extensive roadway networks. The project aims to enhance urban mobility and connectivity, supporting the region's growth and aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering a modern, sustainable, and efficient transportation system.

Core Responsibilities

The BIM Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks critical to the project's success, including:

• Developing and managing BIM models for roads, bridges, interchanges, and associated infrastructure works.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary BIM activities and supporting clash detection processes.
• Ensuring the implementation of BIM standards, procedures, and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with design, construction, and project controls teams to facilitate project delivery.
• Producing and maintaining BIM deliverables, reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Supporting 3D, 4D, and digital construction workflows.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience of over 10 years in roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and model management processes.

Technical Proficiency and Regional Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in key software and relevant regional experience:

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
• BIM-related certifications are considered an advantage.
